Service Fees

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Within 24 hours of payment
Partial Refund
Within 7 days (75% refund)
Service Credit
Within 30 days (50% credit)
Non-Refundable Items:
Application fees, document processing charges, third-party fees (visa, university applications), and completed services are non-refundable.
Late Payment Policy
Timely payment is essential for uninterrupted service delivery. Late payments may result in:

- • Late payment fees (2% per week)
- • Priority status reduction
- • Account restrictions or limitations
- • Referral to collection agency
- • Legal action for significant amounts
Intellectual Property Rights

Note: For international students, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through alternative means before requiring court proceedings in Nepal.
